The Foundation is committed to support each scholarship recipient throughout whatever career goal in education they seek, i.e via a Trade School or University. We strive to nurture them as leaders in their communities, and to provide a positive culture for education.
Not a handout…but a hand up!
BSF Mission Statement:
To break the cycle of poverty by promoting economic upward mobility among poor
families in Baja.
BSF Vision Statement:
To provide academic scholarships to the highest potential children from the poorest
neighborhoods in Northern Baja.

To nurture our students as leaders in their communities and provide a positive culture
