Because of the multi-year commitment involved, the Baja Scholarship Foundation typically welcomes only two new students each year. Selected students are generally between 10 and 12 years old, come from economically challenged backgrounds, and demonstrate strong academic performance and motivation.

❋ Student Questionnaire
Students must complete a questionnaire about themselves and their family.

❋ Letter of Interest
Students must submit a letter explaining their interest in the program.
Los estudiantes deben presentar una carta explicando su interés en el programa.
❋ Letter of Recommendation
Students must submit a letter of recommendation from a teacher or school representative.

❋ Report Cards
Students must submit at least one report card; submitting two or more is preferred.

Review & Interview Process / Proceso de Revisión y Entrevista
All submitted materials will be reviewed by the student interview committee. If the student meets the program criteria, an interview will be scheduled.
